- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the fulfillment date
- Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
- Please include your package slip with the return

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
White Cactus is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package arrives damaged, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please confirm your address before submitting your order. If your order is lost in transit, we suggest contacting your local USPS to help locate your package.
